Cylindrical roller bearings details

Nsk Cylindrical Roller bearing available with a variety of lip arrangement, either on the inner ring, outer ring, or both.

Standard prefixes for metric Cylindrical roller bearings are N, NU, NJ, NF, and NUP.

Standard prefixes for RHP cylindrical roller bearings with imperial bores are, LRJ, MRJ, XLRJ, LLRJ, MMRJ, LRJA, and MRJA.

Nsk single row Cylindrical Roller bearings have high radial load capacity, and also high speed capability.

Metric bearings with the suffix “E” will have an extra roller, which increases the bearings’ load capacity.

With Imperial cylindrical roller bearings with bore sizes over 4” – the suffix “E” means they have an imperial bore.

The series “N”, “NU”, “LRJ”, “MRJ” are unable to take Axial location.

The lip arrangement on the “NJ” and NF” series enables them to take Axial location in one direction.

The lip arrangement of the “NUP” range enables it to take Axial locations in both direction
