Rollon linear ball carriage range

Compact Rail

Self-aligning linear rail with bearings and C-profile, now also in PLUS version.

Compact Rail consists of three product series: the fixed bearing T-rail, the compensating bearing U-rail and the floating bearing rail K-rail. They can be combined to create self-aligning systems to compensate misalignment errors on two planes: axially up to 3.9 mm and radially up to ±2°.

Available in 5 different sizes: 18, 28, 35, 43, 63 mm.
Possibility to create self-aligning systems (T+U o K+U) to compensate inherent misalignment of the mounting surfaces.
Robust NS slider made of steel with lateral seals and floating wipers. Also available in NSD version with mounting holes parallel to the main load direction.

X-Rail

Linear rail with bearings with C profile, available in galvanized steel, stainless steel or hardened with Rollon NOX treatment.

The X-Rail is a family of linear guides with radial ball bearing sliders for applications requiring cost efficiency and high resistance to corrosion.

The linear guides with shaped raceways and the linear guides with flat raceways are available in stainless steel or galvanised or nitrided metal sheeting. With the T + U configuration, the X-Rail system can compensate for any axial misalignment in parallelism of the mounting surfaces.

The stainless steel X-Rail linear guide version is corrosion resistant, and ensures reliable operation even in very dirty or hot environments. This solution is ideal and affordable when stainless steel linear rails are required.

Mono Rail

High load capacity linear recirculating ball bearing rail guide.

MONO RAIL is a profiled linear rail for high precision under heavy loads. Four rows of balls run in the self-lubricated slider. The running surfaces of the sliders and rails are hardened and polished.

  • Sizes from 15mm to 55mm Standard and flat sliders, with and without flanges
  • Different precision and preload classes
  • Fixing holes from the bottom are available
  • Comprehensive range of accessories, e.g. metal wipers or cover strips
  • MINIATURE MONO RAIL models are mini linear guides with 7mm, 9mm, 12mm and 15mm widths, for particularly noiseless operations.

The MONO RAIL linear guides product family includes profiled linear rails to ensure the highest precision for heavy loads. The availability of sliders with different lengths and versions with or without a flange makes the Mono Rail linear guides suitable for all applications. The steel ball bearings and the special raceway radius allow the system to be used to support and move heavy loads.
